Liverpool have secured the services the man who groomed Barcelona starlets Andres Iniesta, Bojan Krkic and Cesc Fabregas.

Rafa Benitez is implementing an overhaul of Liverpool’s Academy setup, and the Liverpool boss has confirmed Pep Segura as the man to mentor the club’s future generation.
A former Academy director at Camp Nou, Segura oversaw the development of Iniesta, Bojan and Fabregas, as well as Mikel Arteta and Gerard Pique during a six-year stay.
He then moved to Olympiacos where he won the league and the Greek Cup, but now his expertise will be the benefit of Liverpool after he agreed to join the club on Wednesday evening.
"There is much work to do at the Academy," Benitez told Sport.es.
"Pep has worked with some of the young talents in Spain and knows how to reach the top, the first team.”
