[Bundesliga] Wolfsburg crowned German kings

Wolfsburg claimed its first ever top title of German Bundesliga on Saturday after they swept Werder Bremen 5-1 at home during the last round of this season's Bundesliga game.
This is the first time for the Volkswagen-backed "Wolves" to become the champions of Bundesliga. Defending champions Bayern Munich edged Stuttgart 2-1 on the day, ending up as runners-up, while the latter finished third in the Bundesliga table.
