Pavel Nedved has confirmed he will leave Juventus after this weekend's final round of Serie A games.

Nedved's future at Juve has been the subject of speculation for some time and the Czech schemer has admitted he will leave the Bianconeri this summer.
"After eight seasons with Juve it's arrived the time to say goodbye to all supporters, the team-mates and the club and to thank them for the support received in these years," said Nedved.
"In Turin I won four Scudetto's and a Golden Ball [Ballon d'Or].
"I'll continue feeling myself bounded to Juventus and I'm particularly grateful to family Agnelli to have given me the opportunity to play in this big team."
It is widely expected that Nedved will announce his retirement once he leaves Juventus.
