Benitez keen on Barcelona fullback

  Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez is eyeing Barcelona fullback Eric Abidal.

  Benitez has concerns over the left-side of his defence and Sport says he has set his sights on France international Abidal.

  Barca rate Abidal in the £12 million class and could demand Javier Mascherano in part exchange if Liverpool come knocking.
