  Vidic in contact with Man Utd over transfer rumours

  Nemanja Vidic is in talks with Manchester United over transfer speculation linking him with a move to the continent.

  A spokesman for Vidic's camp insists the player is happy in Manchester but told the Manchester Evening News: "In football everything can happen. If some important club decides to spend a fortune everything can be discussed. But at the moment there is nothing.

  "Nemanja doesn't have any offer from another club at the present and neither have United. There are no problems. I think he will stay at United.

  "We have been in touch with United this week and we spoke about Nemanja's situation and they say there are no problems and everything is under control."
