Atletico insist that three of their key players linked with Premier League clubs are happy in Spain and not for sale.
Argentina striker Sergio Aguero is reportedly a top target of Chelsea while Diego Forlan is thought to be interesting Manchester City.
Maxi Rodriguez has been linked with Tottenham as manager Harry Redknapp gets ready for his first summer spending spree at White Hart Lane.
Atletico qualified once again for a shot at next season's Champions League, and their sporting director Jesus Garcia Pitarch says there have been no formal approaches for any member of this trio.
"We spoke with 'Kun' [Aguero] in the last few weeks and he has given no indication that he wants to leave. He is happy at Atletico Madrid," Pitarch said.
"The player [Forlan] has stated his desire to remain at Atletico and his agent told us the same thing last week."
Pitarch categorically denied that Maxi could be heading for England during the summer.
"The player has a contract with us and we are certain he will be part of our plans for the new season," added the Atletico sporting director.
"At Atletico we are keen to improve our squad, not damage it with sales."
