Klaas-Jan Huntelaar's agent insists his client has not been the subject of any approach.
The Holland international joined Spanish giants Real Madrid in January, but has fallen down the pecking order at El Santiago Bernabeu.
His fellow Dutchman Ruud van Nistelrooy is expected to make his eagerly-awaited return from injury next season, while Real have already swooped for Kaka and Cristiano Ronaldo this summer.
The array of attacking options now available to Los Blancos boss Manuel Pellegrini suggests Huntelaar may struggle to get a look in during the 2009/10 campaign.
As a result, reports have suggested he could be on the move over the course of the coming weeks.
Italian outfit Roma are said to have expressed an interest, but Huntelaar's representative insists there are no plans for the 25-year-old to leave Spain.
"I have not met (Real president) Florentino Perez and (Real sporting director) Jorge Valdano yet, but he is under contract for four years and is part of Real Madrid's plans," Arnold Oosterveer told Calcio Mercato.
"We haven't been told anything by the directors and no meeting has been planned with them.
"I haven't been contacted by Roma. No team has asked for Huntelaar and all the rumours come from the press, including in England."
Tottenham
chairman Daniel Levy is expected in Madrid on Monday to meet with the
Real Madrid hierarchy to discuss the potential signing of Klaas-Jan
Huntelaar, according to reports in France.
L'equipe
claims Levy wishes to acquire the 25-year-old Dutch forward after talks
broke down with Ruud van Nistelrooy due to the 32-year-old's £80,000 a
week wage demands.
Although the former Ajax star only joined Madrid in January and is
under contract until 2013, Huntelaar may find first team opportunities
hard to come by if, as expected, David Villa arrives at the Bernabeu in
the coming weeks.
Huntelaar has scored eight goals in 20 La Liga outings since moving to
the Spanish giants for €20 million, having previously scored an amazing
105 times in 136 games over three and a half years with Ajax.
This is not the first time Tottenham have been linked with the Dutch
international. Last summer the North London club were said to have
attempted to sign Huntelaar from Ajax, only to turn their attentions to
Russian striker Roman Pavlyuchenko.
So RVN was a disguise???
