Peter Crouch is confirmed, Portsmouth accepted the bid.
I know... Just happened yesterday...

The 6ft 7in striker has returned to the club where he started out as a schoolboy alongside current Spurs skipper Ledley King.
England star Crouch left in July 2000 and has since taken in QPR, Aston Villa, Norwich, Southampton, Liverpool and Portsmouth on his round-England tour.
He said: "I was only a young kid when I was here before and a long way from the player I am now.
"I think Ledley is the only player still at White Hart Lane from that time.
"I'm looking forward to seeing him again because I've kept in touch with him all these years.
The £9million capture has signed until 2014 and his arrival has already triggered the impending departure of Darren Bent to Sunderland.
Russian flop Roman Pavlyuchenko is also set to be sold as boss Harry Redknapp reshuffles his forward line.
Crouch, 28, added: "I think these five years can be the best of my career.
hopefully Crouch makes his best yrs of his career in Spurs
Kolo Toure's deal with Manchester City is going tp complete soon. If tansfer deal is completed, MAn City are successfully signed another Arsenal player.

UPDATE: UEFA.com's German edition has also reported the transfer as complete.
Philippe Senderos had recently returned to the North London club from a loan spell at AC Milan, where he figured just infrequently.
The Swiss Football Federation announced on its official website on Sunday that Senderos, who has one year to run on his contract with Arsenal, had signed for Everton for an undisclosed fee.
It is understood that Senderos, who has been looking for regular first-team action ahead of the 2010 World Cup, will fill in for Manchester City-bound Joleon Lescott at Goodison Park.
Neither club have yet commented on this matter to date. The Swiss Football Federation has no details of the figure involved in the transfer or the duration of Senderos' contract with the Liverpool-based club.
Croatia international Nikola Kalinic is said to have completed his switch to Blackburn Rovers pending a work permit, according to the player's agent.
The 21-year-old striker had recently been in talks with Portsmouth, but, as Pompey took their time in forwarding a deal, Kalinic and his agent headed straight to Blackburn.
With Sam Allardyce desperately seeking out striking talent, the player was greeted with open arms at Ewood Park.
"It is finished, the transfer is completed. Now all Nikola needs is a work permit, which shouldn't be problem," Kalinic's agent Tomislav Erceg told Sportske novosti.
The young Croat has been hailed as part of Sam Allardyce's plan to inject youth into the side, as Kalinic looks set to pair up with fellow new signing Franco Di Santo at the head of Blackburn's attacking force.
Darren Bent completed the transfer deal to Sunderland with $10m from Tottenham

Mark Hughes has trailed Lescott, 26, since January with Goodison chief David Moyes insisting the player was not for sale. But Everton have reluctantly accepted City's bid of around £22million with add-ons taking the final fee even higher.
Lescott, who cost £5m from Wolves in 2006, will double his wages to £90,000 a week when he signs a five-year deal. He refused to put in a transfer request - fearing a fans' backlash if the move fell through - despite telling pals he was desperate to join Hughes' revolution. But Evertonians were resigned to losing Lescott and believed the club should cash in.
Now the Merseysiders have finally agreed, and are close to clinching a deal to bring in Arsenal's Philippe Senderos as a replacement.
Meanwhile, Moyes was furious at his side's display in Tuesday's 2-1 friendly defeat at Blackpool. Moyes, whose side kick off at home to Arsenal on Saturday week, raged: "It was down to attitude - it was poor. We didn't reach the standards we have set ourselves here."
Roy Hodgson warns Arsenal he will do everything possible to keep Brede Hangeland at Craven Cottage.
