
Chelsea FC have appealed against the decisions taken last week by the
UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body in relation to the UEFA Champions
League semi-final second leg against FC Barcelona in London on 6 May.

Chelsea
striker Didier Drogba was suspended for six UEFA club competition
matches – the last two of which are deferred for a probationary period
of two years – while defender José Bosingwa was suspended for four UEFA
club competition matches, the last of which is deferred for a
probationary period of two years, for offences at the same game.
Chelsea were fined €100,000. The date of the appeals hearing will be
communicated in due course.
