relegation candidates for next season 2009-2010

The 3 teams that were promoted surely must be relegation candidates to go down to division 1. I will add a few teams as well, like stoke, hull, bolton, sunderland etc. maybe west ham as well. I wonder how will Zola cope in his second season in EPL, hope he does well.

haven't even start the new season yet. EPL transfers also not finalise yet? how to rate the teams?

1. Wigan

2. Sunderland

3. Burnley
