  Real Madrid target Xabi says his goodbyes to Liverpool staff

  Liverpool want £35 million for want-away midfielder Xabi Alonso.

  The Times says the Spain midfield player said his goodbyes to some members of the club's staff last night.

  However, Real Madrid, with whom the player has been linked, have not yet made an official offer.

  cant blame him for wanting to move away as last season, rafa actually wanted to sell him and buy barry instead, felt like unwanted. In the end barry didnt come and alonso was not sold. the seeds of discontent was sown, rafa. if he wants to leave, let him leave and milk more money from his transfers so that can purchase other players to replace him.

  Cannot keep an important player and claim 35million is good..

  If u don't have good player, even give u 80 million pound is useless.

  Some very good player are hard to be replaced.
