Arsenal are chasing Fiorentina midfielder Felipe Melo.
The Sunday Times says talks are ongoing with Fiorentina over Felipe Melo. The Italians want £21m for the 26-year-old Brazil player.
Arsenal are some distance from meeting that valuation, but have offered Philippe Senderos in part-exchange.

The Sunday Times says Melo has also attracted interest from Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool, who see him as a potential replacement for Javier Mascherano or Xabi Alonso.
Arsenal are now in talks with Fiorentina over a fee for the midfielder.
I think arsenal might be able to nick him infront of the others. If you go for manchester city, its only because of money. With a coach like hughes no matter who they have, they will not win anything.

i think it is quite premature to say Hughes can't win. we all know he has got many riches and the dream players he got. And lastly, if he doesn't make it happens, he walk. So he is under extra pressure to make it happen.
The question can he gel the ego and make all the players play for him.
if he can, he will charge into top4 at least, if not, he will be gone by dec.
