Tevez signs up for Cheshire schooling
Manchester
United forward Carlos Tevez appears set to sign for the Red Devils'
city rivals City, after reports claimed the Argentine has enrolled his
four-year-old daughter at a private school in Cheshire.
Although he has yet to reveal where his future lies, a move to
Eastlands would now seem inevitable with the striker having turned down
the chance to extend his stay with the Premier League champions.
According to The Sun, the 25-year-old's daughter Florencia
is due to start at the Cheshire school in September, hinting that the
diminutive front-man's future almost certainly lies in the North West.
The news will come as another blow to Chelsea, who have been thwarted
at every turn this summer in their search for new signings.
Tevez, whose two-year loan at United ends next Tuesday, is set to sign
a £160,000 a week deal with the Blues, signalling yet another message
of intent from Mark Hughes's men ahead of the new season following the
captures of Gareth Barry and Roque Santa Cruz.
