Real Madrid fullback Michel Salgado says senior players are confident of success under new coach Manuel Pellegrini.
Many have questioned whether the Chilean will be able to handle the high pressure job, but Salgado argued: "He's a great coach and has an important advantage for coaching Madrid - he knows Spanish football because he has coached for five years at Villarreal.
"And he did a wonderful job there."
Pellegrini is working his players hard, as Christophe Metzelder admits: "I have never woken up so early to train and I have not trained three times a day for any team."
Raul added: "Since I've been at Madrid I have never done a triple session!"
