Hull City boss Phil Brown is seeking talks over a loan deal for Liverpool striker Andriy Voronin.
The Sunday Mirror says Brown would like to take the powerful Ukrainian on loan with a view to a permanent move following Voronin's return to Anfield from a similar spell in Germany.
Reds manager Rafa Benitez could be persuaded to do business if Hull agree to pay a loan fee - and Brown is getting so desperate to sign a striker that he may agree to that arrangement.
