Napoli have confirmed they are in discussions with Liverpool over the possible transfer of Italian defender Andrea Dossena.
The full-back only arrived at Anfield last summer but Reds boss Rafa Benitez is now understood to be prepared to listen to offers in the region of £6m.
Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis told the Daily Mirror: "I've personally spoken with Rafa Benitez. The negotiation is ongoing."
