  Blackburn Rovers are moving for Tottenham fullback Pascal Chimbonda.

  The Times says Rovers have turned to Chimbonda after finding Newcastle United's asking price for Habib Beye too rich.

  Spurs have put Chimbonda up for sale this summer.
