Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is convinced they can shock Arsenal and dump them out of the top four this season.
“I think we have a good strong and balanced squad and I will be extremely disappointed if we don’t achieve a top six finish,” Redknapp told the Sunday Mirror.
“Ultimately our goal in to break into the top four and while I accept that is a big ask it won’t be for the lack of trying.
“I expect Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool to battle it out for the title but if there is a weakness among the four teams you would have to say Arsenal are probably the most vulnerable.
“Manchester City will definitely surprise a few people this season. I realise it’s difficult to gel so many players together in a short space of time but it’s achievable.
“Mark Hughes has spent well in the transfer market and they are going to cause a few teams problems.
“You would also expect Everton and Aston Villa to push on so teams at the top are not going to get everything their own way.”
