Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti believes he can help Didier Drogba lengthen his career - just as he did with Pippo Inzaghi at AC Milan.
Carletto said: "Drogba is a leader, like others in this team. I hope I can do the same with this striker as I did with Inzaghi at Milan."
