England boss Fabio Capello has described Arsenal's academy work as "incredible".
He said: “I’m very lucky, because I’ve had the opportunity to look at Arsenal’s academy where the England team train and their work is incredibly good. It’s a very important example for the other English academies. I’m very interested in the academies of the clubs in England, but they all seem to be working very well.
“I’m very, very happy about the future of England and I think it will be better.”

Yes arsenal has a lot of future england stars... only if these young players keep their head down and work hard.. unlike some fools known as David Bentley...
If you look at the english youngsters that arsenal currently have, its amazing.. Arsenal has Kieran Gibbs, Henri Lansbury, Mark Randall, Gavin Hoyte, Jay Emmanuel Thomas, Luke Freeman, Jack Wilshere, Theo Walcott, Kyle Bartley, Emmanuel Frimpong etc..

i think he saying he has lots of confidence for the future of england because of such academies like arsenal's.
players such as ashley cole, theo walcott, bentley are good players.
gibbs , wilshere and other youngsters are the future prospect of england stars.
the other team i respect for churning out good young players are west ham.
