  I would prefer if both do not qualify. Argentina has brilliant individuals but are a horrible team at present, and I feel the problem lies with the manager. Not qualifying for World Cup will be a real wake up call for them, and only then might they really change the manager. I have similar thoughts about Portugal although I wouldn't totally say the current manager is a bad manager. But I think Portugal could deserve better. Overall though, I just don't feel they have done enough to deserve a place in the World Cup.
