In terms of team work , Man City are still not up the mark. Look at the early second half, they never over run by Arsenal midfield. But what they good at is individual skill of each player. Look at Ade beating few arsenal player and nearly score and Micah Richard great skill that beat Arsenal defence and cross for Bellamy to score.
Hughes is also clever in a sense that he bought proven EPL player rather than star player from foreign league. So intergrating into new team shall not be a problem.

Give them credit lah, they barely know each other for 3 months...like you said, they have a great individual skills, can't imagine when they really play as a team...they are strong but I think they can't win the league, they will have a super great chance though if they beat ManU next week...
