Arsenal have been rocked by the sudden departure of top talent spotter Sean O'Connor.
The 'Young Guns' website reports O'Connor has quit the club after ten years of involvement with the Gunners.
O'Connor was responsible for bringing the likes of Jack Wilshere, Sanchez Watt and Jay Emmanuel-Thomas to the club.
