FIFA: Chelsea cannot recall loan players

FIFA have told Chelsea they CANNOT recall any loan players as part of their transfer ban.

It is another body blow for the English club who were banned from signing any new players during the next two transfer windows when FIFA found them guilty of inducing teenager Gael Kakuta to breach his contract with Lens two years ago.

Although the Blues intend to appeal against the punishment, coach Carlo Ancelotti was hoping to minimise the damage by recalling England Under-21 defender Michael Mancienne from Wolves, forward Scott Sinclair from Wigan and Argentinian striker Franco di Santo from Blackburn.

Di Santo can return, as his agreement was only for half the season. But Sinclair's was for the full season and in Mancienne's case, FIFA will have to rule on whether an "emergency release clause" can be applied.

"If it's a season-long loan, it cannot be terminated in order to bring players back," said a FIFA spokesman.

Hi,

I am new here and I am a fan of Chelsea, it all started when i was in London for a month holiday after my PSLE, I when to watch them play, it just across the River and you can see chelsea town, a very nice place, more modern and clean than other London cities. And most British elites live there too. But during that time, I remember the team was in the making of sort.

Anyway, i dun like to talk so much. Sad i maybe to see Chelsea unable to sign new players for the next few months, but psychologically speaking, it added strength to the team, players in Chelsea will know that no one is coming, and all will have a chance to play and together work harder than ever. So, the fear of not playing will not be there as some club who bought players and discarded old players one side and use them as and when needed only. So, i see a different side of this ban.

But i dun like chelsea guys, not handsome, just the play and club.

true to a certain extent, provided they don't get injured, and lost form..else, they are going to get Roman to come in and play..
