Arsenal's 17-year-old prodigy Jack Wilshere has been photographed sinking a cold drink in a bar just two days before he is likely to be called into Carling Cup action.
Fear not, however, the under-age midfielder will not fall foul of the licensing laws as he attended the opening of Milk Shake City in Finchley, north London.
Wilshere joined Gunners team-mate Gael Clichy and the France full-back's girlfriend as hordes of fans clamoured for and autograph and picture of the stars.
Arsenal thumped Wigan 4-0 at the weekend, although Wilshere was not involved. The England Under 21 player is likely to feature in the Gunners' Carling Cup tie against West Brom at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday.
Manager Arsene Wenger is expected to again give his Arsenal youngsters and fringe players a chance to impress against the Baggies.
