Manchester City boss Mark Hughes has warned the top four they are now good enough to influence the title race.
He said: "We might not be in a position to win the league or even get in the top four for a number of seasons, but we will stop other teams from doing it.
"Maybe people doubted we can have a say at the top, maybe they doubted us before the events of the last 10 days, but we came out of the game with a lot of credit."
U gd?
First Beat Chelsea la
they have yet to face liverpool and chelsea, nor also spurs. come one, september is not a time for you to be winning titles. its only in January-February where you know who are the real challengers are. even if you are in contention by February, March to May period are the most crucial period, where injuries, suspension, fatigue and loss of form played a part. besides city has no experiences in challenging for the title before as compared to the top 4 sides, who are all experienced sides challenging for the titles.
Might happen, considering the strength they have if all their key players are back from injury or suspensions. And if they gel more, they could be a fearsome opposition if that happens. I hope not.

yep, if Ade, and Robinho or even Cruz were playing, it would be very interesting..
and they can get more and more and more players if needed.
I think their key aim is to get into UCL spot for next season, then, even more glamour players will come.. then it will be an avanalche..
robinho, santa cruz, bellamy, adebayor, tevez all in their strike force...that's pretty scary.
I'm sure they will take some points off the top four.
