Sunderland boss Steve Bruce says he'll happily take his dodgy signings off the hands of former club Wigan Athletic.
Latics chairman Dave Whelan described some of Bruce's signings while in charge of the club as "dodgy" in the wake of their 9-1 thrashing by Tottenham.
For the moment, Bruce wonders which of his transfers Whelan regards as “dodgy”. Two of the candidates are believed to be Charles N’Zogbia, the winger, and Hugo Rodallega, the striker.
They would not be dismayed to hear Bruce have the final word yesterday.
“If Wigan want to offload those two, then we’ll be happy to take them,” he said.
