considering he didn't score that many goals, the joker that says Owen is great will consider him a flop..........becoz to him, as long as a guy who can score is good striker..........
Baros is miles ahead of Owen................only he sway.........play for wrong club..........

this kind of ppl whose opinion is really a joke to me
he call owen is a flop. then i tell u you really the joker. not me
then i ask you a striker who wont score goals is a what??? a striker job is to score goals, unless his jobs is to assist others in creating chance.
think before you type anything .... or else i really think u are brainless
i've been talking about technical skills all along not whether strikers can score or not..............i already said people like Owen and Inzaghi can score but technically, they're useless............
do u think u are even fit to call them useless ![]()
owen dont have any technical skills??you didnt even define why owen dont have the so-call technical skills u had mention
you only said 'Owen couldn't fit into Real becoz they don't play the run-and-charge style like Liverpool'
then let me ask you how the hell he can score so many goals even if he doesnt have much starting play.
as i had said earlier, a striker job is to score goals. and u think scoring goals is damn easy?? of course they need to have the skills and pace to do it.
arrr i dont want to argue with you anymore, talking to you is like talking to a wall. ![]()
likewise.....likewise...........
if you look at the goals Owen and Inzaghi score at Liverpool and Juve, they were mostly scored on the run especially chasing the ball behind the defence and then 1-on-1 with the goalie...........
that's why Owen not picked to play for Real, that's not how Real play..........plus Real bought Owen solely for commercial purposes and they didn't expect him to flop so badly..............
since you know so much about football and i know nothing, how come i'm proven right that the great Thierry Henry would struggle at super club Barcelona................so enlighten me why Henry is struggling there..........why he's not a regular..........?

I think you're lagging behind in terms of knowledge of football, the current football news and happenings.
To say that Owen and Inzaghi are not good strikers is like saying Pele is a good goalkeeper. Ok, maybe i exaggerate but i do believe you see my point.
Owen did not flop badly at Madrid. It's because of Raul's influence in the Real Madrid board that the coach has no choice but to play him no matter how badly he played and the fact that Real Madrid changed no less than 3 managers that season: Vanderlei Luxemburgo, Jose Antonio Camacho and Mariano Garcia Remon.
Let me tell you more about the history: in 04-05 season, Raul played 43 matches and scored 13 goals. Owen played 43 as well but scored 16. Ronaldo, the brazilian one, won the Pichichi that season with 21 goals. Oh, and in case you're wondering, Pichichi is the throphy given to the top goalscorer for each league season.
Inzaghi's goalscoring exploit is for all to see. Despite many injuries setback and ageing factor, he is still going strong.

A look at the statistics will tell the whole story. He is scoring is every other game.
And please, read up more news before u made the sweeping comment "how come i'm proven right that the great Thierry Henry would struggle at super club Barcelona................so enlighten me why Henry is struggling there..........why he's not a regular..........?"
In his first season, Henry mostly deployed on the wing throughout the season, he was unable to reproduce the goal-scoring form he achieved with Arsenal. However, Henry concluded his debut season as the club's top scorer with 19 goals in addition to nine league assists, second behind Lionel Messi's ten. He went on to surpass this tally in a more integrated 2008–09 campaign, winning the first trophy of his Barcelona career on 13 May 2009 when Barcelona defeated Athletic Bilbao in the Copa del Rey final.
Barcelona won the league and Champions League soon after, completing a treble for the Frenchman, who had combined with Lionel Messi and Samuel Eto'o to score 100 goals between them that season. The trio was also the most prolific trio in Spanish league history, scoring 72 goals and surpassing the 66 goals of Real Madrid's Ferenc Puskas, Alfredo di Stefano and Luis del Sol of the 1960–61 season.
And this season, Henry is having a bad spell of injuries which affected his performance and explains the reason why he was missing from the starting lineup.
