  ROBERTO MANCINI has got the chop. But Man City fans need not worry - only his locks have gone.

  City's mane man had wanted the drastic haircut for a while but needed time to mullet over.

  Now he and new No 2 David Plait are after more big-wig signings.

  Yet few will be a snip - and none will come from Barnet.

  I just have a sneaky suggestion that he will be given a maximum of 2 years to deliver the title, and if he still can't, then Man City will bring in Mourinho. Either way, i just feel that he's warming up the seat for Mourinho.
