Hope Netherlands can continue their overall winning streak and win their 1st ever World Cup since 1978. And since they have 1 more day to rest than rival Spain, they will stand high chance to win it.

no team can do possession play better than the spanish. holland need to attack fast caught them on the fast break..

Last night saw how spain played...very very tight in midfield...all move up in line towards the center, making germans unable to penetrate thru the center. (as you have watched the match).
Spain very very good at possessing the balls, they control the games, making germans look lost and unable to attack.
Holland playing almost the same style as german. And if Spain can played like the semi final, then they got chance to win the world cup.
Sad to say : Spain will win the world cup by a goal.

Well, for those who scores 1st, likely to be the decisive winner. The winning team will try to defend the lead so as not to let the opposing team to level the score and not exhaust themselves at the same time. Whereas the losing team will fight for better possession, hence will make them more exhausted instead as they want to put the game back on track. This will be backfired instead. See what happened to Portugal, South Korea, Argentina, England, USA etc....

I've a sneaky feeling that Holland might just win this match. However well you may play, but if you don't have the luck factor, bird also become rooster. And, Holland do have the luck now...

this is the world cup final :) You may see a very different spain and holland as both will be very cautious. I suspect something like a 1-1 or 2-2 draw before some extra time drama.
