Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard says when he retires he will quit football for good.
Lampard is already planning for life after retirement.
He told the Sunday Mirror: “After I finish I don’t want to be involved with football – not as a manager, coach, agent or in the media.
“I want to have a career after this. I don’t want this to be everything. I don’t want to spend the rest of my life just living in the past.
“I’ve been getting to know a lot about property, not just for me to live in, but as a business.
“That interests me. I’ve met a lot of people in that game, I listen to them and take on board what they can teach me.
“I’m learning about it and investing in it. I’ve got time in between football and family to do that.”
