THE red hot atmosphere of Chilean football was clear for all to see when a REFEREE launched an assault on a petulant player.
In this amazing video, the match official is seen issuing a red card to one of the offending team members following a bad foul.
The player clearly disagrees with the decision and shows dissent, but the ref then stuns the crowd by clipping the wrongdoer round the face!
What follows is an almost Benny Hill-style scene with him chased around the pitch by incensed players from both teams who are shocked by his actions.
A series of attempted kicks and punches follow and the official is forced to make a quick getaway down the tunnel with his assistants.

This pansy got accidentally slapped because he raised his arms at the ref and he falls to the ground like his dick dropped.
Then the whole team of over 10 players failed to chase after one man. I counted at least 5 kicks which failed to hit the ref. Even the keeper coming fro the other end also missed.
