Newcastle have finally captured France winger Hatem Ben Arfa on a season-long loan deal from Marseille.
Ben Arfa inked a deal after weeks of negotiations between the two clubs to become Hughton's fifth summer capture with a view to making the transfer permanent.
The 23-year-old is a product of the famous academy at Clairefontaine and has eight senior caps for his country.
