Tottenham Hotspur are believed to be in line to make a £15 million bid to sign Aston Villa winger Ashley Young.
The two clubs began talks a few weeks ago with regard to the player's transfer to White Hart Lane, as exclusively revealed by Goal.com UK.
It
has been widely believed that Spurs boss Harry Redknapp could add more
weight to his squad before the transfer window closes, in a move to
bring in more quality players as the north London club step into the
Champions League for the first time in almost half a century.
Now the Daily Express claims that the former Portsmouth boss is also ready to sugar coat the
potential offer by turning it into a player plus cash deal, as Robbie
Keane, Jermaine Jenas and Alan Hutton are all said to be available if
Villa should want any of them.
For his part, Young is thought to be interested in a move to Tottenham.
seems like the only to get new players for villa this season is player plus cash!!
in that case, i'll take hutton and keane pls....
no deal.
15million for young?
if james milner can get over 20million. young is worth as much if not more.
