  not my laptop dude. my desktop. its got this AVC chassis fan inbuilt which the last time i asked, i found out it had some sort of auto temp adjustments.. and the darn thing's running at 1712rpm. PC gets heated up, cpu, gpu and even HDD hits 72C, the fan still does that stupid 1712rpm.. damnit

  no it isnt!!

  when i hit the power button, the fan roars damn loud and displaces an astonishing amount of air (along with the electronic stink my PC has), and when it boots into windows it quietens down to whisper. dammit its driving me nuts. id rahter have a loud fan and cool pc that a quiet fan but burning components
