now to do my daily exercise.
found out i'm weaker than my frens ): during PE weight exercises.
and i dunwan do weight exercise cause got saying that u wont grow or worst case scenario.. u shrink!
after fasting period, drink more soyamilk then do weights.
sure gain muscle mass.
i dunwan do weight.
i'm short and nid to grow.
i wan to grow ![]()
you gain more weight first then think of how to grow okay?
Instead of building muscle mass, you might want to work on your cardiovascular side instead.

Your heart lor.....basically you might want to consider endurance related exercises.....personally I think folks who do such exercises are more hamsum than those with nothing muscle bulk.![]()

i dunno swim.. i learn until intermidiate den quitted cause pri sch course mah den already 5 years nvr learn... forget everything.

I never had formal training for swimming.....don't ask me how come I landed in a part of SAF that requires all to attain at least CAT 1.

cardio exercises in your own house is damn boring unless you like staring at walls or whatever you have on them for hours on end.
strength exercises are alot easier cos you can just do the body weight exercises like situps, pushups, etc and find ways to make them more interesting like maybe put a cake below you when you do pushups =) ok fine that's kinda sick but pt is you can get creative =D
