  eh just a side qn lor,, if the pc fan is like, stopped abruptly by force while running, or say pressure on it is applied to slow it down or stop immediately while the current is still being sent to the fan, is it harmful to the fan?

  you are opposing movement.

  Still current will flow through, the motor will overheat.

  the one that has more parts will wear out faster. thus the bearing fan.

  The Brushless one uses the principle of magnetism.
