it's already quite dangerous for motorist.. worse, for a cyclist.
if you would have followed the pcn just ahead, it would lead you to jurong central park (opp the mrt station) then further up will lead you to a pcn across the road (between ST technology and the Oil plant) and futher further up wil bring you to jurong east and ends at bukit batok nature reserve

For PCN...the East is definitely the best I tried.
Road-wise, the killer roads I have tried are in the North and Central.....specifically Mandai, Sembawang, Yio Chu Kang to name a few.
The hills there are endless!

Yah....I had to stop here and there to look at the map.....the road network is confusing and there's quite a number of junctions.
