Can't see under the sun

hello there, i have this problem with my PSP which i hate a lot. i dont know if its wrong with my psp itself or the screen protector. when i play under the sun, i cant seem to see whats appearing on the PSP unless i look closely. but under the shade, it works fine. but i compared my psp with my friend's. he had screen protector on and we have the same version. we were link playing and i noticed that we are at the same location and stuff in the game but his graphics seems to be brighter and mine seems to be darker. i seriously compared it. i try to adjust the brightness of my psp but its still the same. anybody got any good advise? should i change the screen protector?

LCD is like that one. Thats another problem with the psp, better put it in the pros and cons

The problem is called glare caused by reflection of sunlight. But why on earth do you want to play with your psp in the sun........? If you wanna be in the sun, dun you have other better things to do like showing off your body.....?
