Sorry, but you can't do that. I'm sure everybody in this forum tried doing that when they are new in PSP. But you can't do that. Everything has to be in its own folder. Ok, I will try to explain again. You have to format your Memory stick using your PSP first. Then connect your PSP to the computer and you will see the folders already. Music folder is of cos for music. Videos folder is of cos for video. ISO folder is of cos for your games.
