Bought another new PSP, but ver. 4.04?

I've just bought another PSP & it's has Version 4.04?
What does that mean?
The shopkeeper keep telling me can do everything, but can't explain a simple thing like why there's no P-tv icon on this new PSP.
My previous PSP has it & can watch live stream TV.
(BTW, where that mobile dealer of PSP here?) -

Ask the shopkeeper about the software & he could only reply me "If you do software upgrades, Brick is yr OWN PROBLEM!".
After i blasted him back that i got the 4.04 set fr him, he sounded awkward & can only give me lame answers! AND I STILL BUY A WII set fr him.........
Damm that AMK shop, shld hv listen to palachan advice & buy fr Funan or Far East. -
which amk shop u buy from? 4.04 not ordinary custom firmware

is it one of the shops in amk hub? confirm not funzcentre, the other one. the last time i went there asking for 4gb mspd, they quoted me $300

Initially was warned that Funzcentre was not any better, so i went to this shop as i was lazy too travel all the way to town. NOW REGRET!
Anyway, it not that this shop has done anything to me. I just can't stand the 'tone' i was given! They shld hv treat their customers better!! -
