How to check Memory Stick

  To check if your memory stick is real or fake, simply have the memory stick inserted into the psp, proceed to either 'Photos' or 'Music' droplist and go to your memory stick. Press the triangle button and go under information. There should write MagicGate: Supported.

   

  So the steps are simply:

  PSP Home >>> Go under "Photos" or "Music" droplist >>> Go to your memory stick >>> Press triangle >>> Go under information >>> MagicGate should be stated "Supported"

  i dun think that would be good enough.....the best is to open up the cover and see the chip.......i got see the comparison before....sony one on top of the chips will have words and logos and stuff i think they use samsung memory chips and stuff
