Heard rumours that the GTA4 for the PSP is coming out soon. Just rumours. You can search for GTA4 on Youtube and there is a video that someone posted saying GTA4 for PSP is coming with the cover in the video.

not myself.. Rockstar games has said that GTA IV for the psp is coming out in October. By the time and that packaging and shipping would probaraly(?) take a month which is november.

1st one is likely a video of gta IV gameplay, or remote play with a ps3

The reason it isn't coming out for the older generation gaming systems is because it is a marketing scheme to try to get people to buy the more expensive game systems, and I have heard people buying a PS3 only for GTA IV. I suggest you get one somehow, steal it if you have to. This game is going to set the standards for the next 10 years.
It's hard to believe something that uses an Xbox360/PS3 processor to work can be brought down to PSP level. And, even if it does, I doubt the graphics would be as stunningly realistic as playing it on an Xbox360/PS3.
It's my guess that it'll end up like liberty city on PSP, a total mess. I get giddy just by walking.

GTA IV on a PSP is a joke.I think the lame processor inside the PSP cannot even support the game's graphics,let alone the HD-not tiny 3.4" screen
It's like attempting to play Crysis on a Celeron processor
