Who knows or can give advice to me. D:
I need to know if a PSP costs more expensive if I buy from Japan/ from Singapore.And what are the things I need to take note of when I buy the PSP.
I have my eyes set on silver PSP Slim.

look at the retail price of sony before gg to shop. take note not to shop in shops giving too good to be real prices.

nowadays the price of an psp should be around maybe 300-350? around there, if you're lucky, you may get to find a cheaper one. -
Sony has already modded it's new battery packs to prevent pandora software exploitations.No doubt we'l be seeing some cooler security features to prevent modification on the psp3000

Btw mehs when you get your psp.Check for any dead or stuck pixels on your screen.It's pretty obvious coz when the whole screen is white or black you see a green dot on the screen.I did'nt check mine tt time and dang it kinda sucks now :l

seriously if you have a look at psp forums, its gonna be virtually impossible to hack the psp3000...

comics connection only sell psp3000 now. I think its 5.00 ofw if im not wrong. And just fyi again,psp3000 cannot be modified to play downloaded games. But if u dont mind,go ahead,psp3000 is quite good anyway.

1) How to noe if your psp is modded ? (except asking the shop guy)
2)Which is the lousiest version that can download and play games.
3) which version do you recommend.
4) wad is ofw and cfw ?

hw to find the firmware version in the PSP ? isit lower the better or higher better ? u recommend v. 2006 or 2000 cuz 3000 cant mod rite ? u noe PSP slim standard pack with xtra 4gb ms, crystal casing, screen protector, USB cable (modded) price @ funzcentre ???

the simplest way is to go to the settings>system settings>system information. The can see the system software. If its for eg 5.00m33 tht means its a custom firmware.Can play downloaded games. If behind the number dont have m33,that means its a offical firmware,cannot play downloaded games.

Im not really sure what u mean. But for custom firmware the latest is 5.01m33.But u can play almost all the games now with 4.01m33 alr.

What what version? lol if u mean psp,then i will recommend psp-2000. Because can mod and its lighter than psp-1000..
