Good shop to fix psp

Hi there,i'm new here. I wish to know about where to get a PSP 1000 Phat's LCD screen fixed, i had big horizontal line under my screen == and i can't read many stuff with it there. can anyone recemmend places nearer to the northern-east parts of singapore? please suggest a shop that is able to hack PSP 3000 slim lite,my friend needs it cuz he has been buying alot of games and now he wants a game that is not released in SG. thanks alot. (i'm looking for a shop that provides cheaper psp casing too) thx alot
