  Of course, if you were at the CLT retreat at HTNS in Dec 2006, you would know what happened. Better not say, lots of eyes and ears around. Its all between us, I'm sure LCP Cai would rather want us to keep quiet about it, than to let the whole wide world know about it.
  
  Duty allowance:
  check what LCP cai sent to your e-mail. The one regarding duty allowance. It came with an IBG form. Got to fill that up, and we can only start claiming when its $10 and above.
  
  Promotion to s/clt:
  need to check. doesn't seem like 100 hours anymore in order for promotion
