Hmm, how similar is the HO structure, compared to that of NPCC's ??
What are the requirements for HO (NCDCC) ?
Since there are no Open Units set up anywhere, how are the HOs being taken care of? -
If I'm not wrong, the HOs are currently based at HQ.

neither can i compare the HO's structure to that of HO's (NPCC)... [confidential]
all i can say is that to be a HO, the person with the final say is NCDCC Commandant after the interview with him....

haha, Maybe you can try Google search, they do happen to have all this confidential secrets out on the web.
If I'm not wrong, the structure of the NPCC and the NCDCC is similar in structure but diffrent in some parts. The structure of those of the NCC is totally diffrent. -

LTA Ben is a Public Education Instructor at 1st CD Div
LTA Hozefa is an ORNS, he served as an Assistant Guide at Civil Defnce Heritage Gallery..
oh yea. did Hozefa give u guys his contacts?
i ask from him again cos i lost all my contacts, he said not to give anyone, even those in NCDCC...

Regarding selection and promotion, you might like to refer to http://www.ncdcc.gov.sg/faqs/schemeho.html. The selection criteria is given in the form of "What are the criteria required of me to become an HO", but its obviously incomplete, since "*Only short listed applicants will be notified." The promotion is given in the form of "What would my route of advancement be like as an HO". For this you might like to further refer to http://www.ncdcc.gov.sg/aboutus/ranks.html

Any idea where else to check for the ranks and stuff? The NCDCC website is not very updated.
