There is this priest in our guild who has a mage alt which I help him to lvl
But the thing is that he drives me nuts
He has helped me lots on his priest so I am returning the favor but seriously the way he plays a mage makes me wanna vomit blood
I've never seen a mage die so often in PvM before on quests
I mean it was funny at first but when you run him through stuff it is not funny at all.
1) He aggros everything. When I say everything I mean everything. Example: You know the quest where you have to kill scarlet medics and hunters etc. He can aggro the whole camp! Good thing my mage is a frost mage if not I would die too
2) He's a frost mage too but for some weird reason, he does not use ice barrier. He likes to tank and fight the mob... we were like... why the hell do you stand in front when in BRD when you're lvl 55. Then he goes," Coz I'm dpsing."
then I went," You're a mage. Mage don't need to stand in front. I mean hell you always play a priest so why are you in front now...if you wanna stand in front, roll for a warrior. 
" (Yeah I was quite pissed by that time)
3) For some strange reason he loves using Arcane Missles as a mage when he was speced fire then, and now Frost
4) He don't Frost Nova before using CoC when he has shatter
5) When on a mount he aggros every single mob around (yes and die) I was like "Don't you see where you are going????????"
Yeah he says mages suck.... I was like bloody hell Frost Mage have like one of the highest chance to survive in PvM if you control your aggro and use your spells correctly. -

BC pre-order cards were 'launched' at 69.90. the RRP (recommended retail price) was 74. after the launch. at this time the official distributor - Asiasoft, has not been announced.
a short while ago, asiasoft was announced official distributor. then they start to pressure the shops to sell at the RRP. because of this, many shops r stuck in the middle cos they promise customer X amt but asiasoft wans them to sell at Y amt.
a lot of my guildmates cancelled their orders when they found out they gotta pay full price. however there are still a few shops that r taking the risk to sell pre-order cards at price lower then RRP.
the moral of the story is :
got lobang for cheap stuff use pm. dun post cos if kenna find out, our cheap source no more -

btw i love my mage, with only the HWL helm & gloves, she crits fireball 1.5K. <3 <3 <3 -

Yeah that is what I think and even with 2 healers in a group we can never heal him in time so we can't be bothered and just let him die (He goes down in 1 sec coz he aggros everything) - Makes me wonder why he hardly ice blocks
At the end of the day I still prefer a Frost Mage. LOL I tried Kan_i's Fire Mage and was not used to the aggro that it took me a while to adjust and I kept looking for my Ice Block button -

When we run that newbie mage through an instance, Kan_i uses his warrior and I'm a priest and we run with a druid and one other -
Right now I'm thinking for my BE alt, should I be rogue or hunter
Rogue like quite fun. I created one to mess around with and I like to walk around the npc trying to backstab and picking their pockets is most fun
But for hunter, the new talents are making my hand itch to play a hunter again
OMG silencing shot *drools* Placing traps in combat *drools* and so much more new stuff to mess around with!!! -
i think i will start a BE char after my priest hits 70. not too sure wat class to play yet

hi guys new in this forum very hard to find singapore wowers nowadays well i nid some advice from the fellow wowers here.... i have a lvl 60 hunter in kiljaeden but i went MIA for half a yr cos cant get a gd raid guild... so now the itch is back and im thinking of starting warrior but should i go to a new pvp server which is eastern time(closest to our time) or stick to kiljaedan or any suggestions

anyway u might wan to consider some points before deciding where to start your warrior:-
same server : ur hunter can help your new warrior in terms of gold, etc. but if u can't get into a good raiding guild in kil with your hunter, can u get into a raiding guild with your war?
diff server: start from scratch. but u got the choice of choosing a server with a strong asian raiding guild.
my personal opinion is to find out where your frens r playing and join them if they are in a raiding guild. cos raiding guild usually dun accept new non 60s and for guilds that r progressing, they would ask u to have minimum XXX gear before accepting you.
another thing u might wan to consider; PVP gear (HWL gear) is easily obtainable now. I have frens who PVP for 1 week and they have all the HWL gear. For folks who can't get into raiding guilds or dun even have tier 1 gear, this is a good opportunity to gear up. -
ohhh forgot to add. Asiasoft estimates there are 40,000 WoW players in Singapore. Finding a guild that raids asian time is not difficult.
For example:
Dragonmaw has more than 5 Asian-SG time zone guilds.
DOOM
Revanche
Makan
Circle of Kakis (i think they and Makan have merged)
DEFY (Aussie time zone. good for students who r escaping parents detection :twisted)
and many more splinter off to form their own small guilds when BC arrives. -

Your gold and stuff moves with you and playing on an Oceanic server means more Asian guilds which will have raiding times that is suited to your needs
By transfering your hunter, it is easier for you to into a guild. You can make use of this time to create your alt and then when it is lvl 60 you can put a request to make your warrior your main if you want. Plus, you can sponge off the hunter for gold etc -
