leveling in outland is really easy because of the tons of quests available. you could easily level to 63 in hellfire peninsula alone doing all the quests and the 2 5men instance a few times.
as for the 5k gold... there's nothing to stop him from already having 5k worth of gold before tbc isn't it? it doesnt mean he made the 6k needed for the epic mount in outland alone.
and in case you want to ask... i'm 65 now, but got the exp 3 days after launch. i maintained about 1 level a day, but i still had time to wander around doing nothing, especially when i reach new cities. imagine how fast it can take if a person is focused on simply levelling to 70 alone? -

lappie came home but it still blinks occassionally. at least it doesn't blank out on me anymore. might bring it back to the service centre tho, the blinking gives me a headache
