I tell you the most ridiculas item to make is the Runed Eternium Rod
WTF. It cost an arm and a leg.
Etermium Rod (4 eternium bars), 4 Primal Mights , 2 Void Crystals 
, 12 Greater Planar Essence
I mean gimme a break man. A farking enchanting rod needs 4 Primal Mights and 2 Void crystals. -
i hope your guild bank passes out void crystals for free, after all, lots of purples in Kara from the first few bosses should be on DE status already haha.
actually i haven't make my eternium rod yet, since i didnt win any formulas in kara yet anyway. wait til i win at least 1 then i make. so far we've seen 2 mongoose enchants, 1 soulfrost drop. i lost a roll for mongoose, and was in a diff raid group when soulfrost and the other mongoose dropped :/ but nvm i got attumen's horse ^^ -

Right now for Kara we have 2 teams
Team 1 and Team 2
Team 1 has progressed much faster coz they are the younger more hardcore ppl
Team 2 consist of working folks like me with not so much time to progress
But what we doing is rotating people around so everyone gets gear la
Team 1 - HK
Team 2 - Philipines
Team 1 is progressing faster and more serious.
Team 2 is progressing well and jokes a lot.
the irritating thing is TX and I are in different teams so there are weeks where we raid different days.
the plan now is to form Team 3 so TX & I can move to the same Team. (thus the recruitement call) -
my side has not killed romulo and julianne yet. our successful tries have been red riding hood and wiz of oz. i'm hoping we dun get that pair any time soon
tried Illhoof last night and got him to 20-something %. it seems our dps a tad low and pple need to get used to the fight. should be able to kill it soon

Maybe you can let me know your team setup?
It has to do alot about getting rid of their respective buffs immediately and timing is important!!!
1st try last night was coz of the timing
We didn't down romulo fast enough
He died a split sec too late and julianne repopped
Got it pat down 2nd time -
important: u can set a felhunter on auto-attack auto-devour on julianne and it will eat the buff as soon as julianne buff herself. this frees up a dispeller to watch remulo.

No I didn't win it coz the night before I had to leave early so I lost out on DKP

We only up to Aran for Kara but for Team 1, Kara is like farm mode already -
i think the horse roll used up all my luck(and damn it was only a roll of 62). i've not been getting a gear upgrade for a long time >< i lead team 2, the stuffs i want drop with team 1, i run with team 1, the drops go the other way and all the t4 drops i see are for the warrior group. i want my t4 black hole headpiece so bad T_T it looks so awesome!

I need to upgrade my gear desperately but not getting drops -
had romulo+julianne last night, think they got nerfed pretty badly...... curator as usual dropped the warrior t4 gloves yet again.

Attunmen dropped his usual leather crap
Moroes dropped the brooch (which I already have) and a belt (mine's better) So Kan_i got both.
Then on the way to Maiden the trash mobs dropped another purple belt which was better then the one from Moroes for a fire mage. Kan_i got that too as he is a fire mage whereas I'm frost.
We called the raid off after downing maiden because it's midnight and lots of cinderellas in our raid (me included)
As usual, raid started at 9.30pm -

You should be able to down them without any hiccups

Anyway we made everyone bring pots for the fight. Flasks are optional
We do not pot up during learning attempts and only potted up during serious tries.
Anyway, you might want the casters to bring at least 20 super mana pots along
All mages and healers had to bring 20 super mana pots in our guild or they are banned from raiding.
They need to provide their own food and buff potions too. -
lol basket they called it a night after killing the high king instead. took us 8 wipes to get the pull right on that boss :/

kinda messy with so many adds around >< it took awhile for the healers to get used to healing the tank on the high king also. most of the wipes were due to the tank dying within 10 secs of the pull it was funny when i got caught in a blastwave knockback straight into the highking's ww. instant death ftw
